7-Days Return & Exchange Policy

At GEN-Z Fragrances, your satisfaction matters to us.
If the fragrance doesn’t match your preference, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order — either in-store or online.

✅ Conditions:

1. The perfume must be unused, with the bottle unopened and box in good condition.
2. Returns can be made at our store or through courier.
3. Return delivery charges are paid by the customer.
4. Items with a broken seal, opened bottle, or damaged box will not be eligible for return or refund.
